In this position you will be an integral part of our office team, responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Maintaining frequent and prompt communication with our clients.
Matching and assigning schedules with clients and caregivers for consistency Answering phone calls and directing to the proper individual Proper record keeping Assist with in-home assessments as needed Assist marketing team with events and activities as needed Taking on call after hours and some weekends; handling emergencies, scheduling concerns, and referrals.
Report updates to management Requirements:
Able to pass a Level II Background Screening Experience with scheduling and Wellsky Valid drivers license with clean driving record and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Home health experience and medical terminology is preferred Prior scheduling experience is preferred Our ideal candidate would be an individual who has the compassion and loving nature to care for our seniors!
