Qualifications:
Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniformAdheres to all company safety & sanitation standards to indirectly create Ale House Raving FansFulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a one great shift operationWorks directly with Team Members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely mannerHandle cleaning chemicals as directed, including:
safe use, storage and disposal of chemicals, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Alerts Management of the need to reorder suppliesClean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, drains, and equipmentCleans and maintains all FOH floors (wood and/or tile), windows, trash, & various designated areasMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies, trash, etc.
Cleans and maintains back dock area and parking lot areaCommunicates with fellow Team Members and Management to keep one another informedNotifies Management immediately of any potential problem Required Skills & EducationDesire to provide exceptional service throughout the entire shiftStrong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use a broom, mop, & various cleaning toolsMust be able to handle high stress situationsTeam Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire Physical DemandsThe Cleaning Specialist is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation.
Physical demands include:
Remain standing for extended periods of timeFrequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting, up to 40 lbs.
, for short distancesFrequent communication with Managers and Team Members.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
