com The Administrator of ASC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest quality of patient care.
This leadership role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, strategic planning, and team management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the ASC's goals and objectives Collaborate with senior management to align ASC operations with the organization's overall mission and vision Manage all aspects of ASC operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management Ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing ASCs and ensure compliance Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Regularly review clinical and operational performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed Recruit, train, and supervise ASC staff, including nurses, surgical technicians, and administrative personnel Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate and high-quality care Address patient concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate and high-quality care Address patient concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred) Bachelor's degree in Nursing or advanced degree (MSN/MBA) would be an asset Current state licensure and certification as required by relevant regulatory bodies Proven experience in healthcare administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within an ASC or similar healthcare setting Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.
g.
, CMS, AAAHC) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in healthcare information systems and electronic health records Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal In Turn We Will Provide:
