Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Registered Dietitian for Waterman Village in Mount Dora, FL, not far from Orlando.
This position is temporary covering a 12-week leave starting in March, and is flexible to allow for remote work 2 days/week.
Reporting to our General Manager, the successful candidate will:
be a Registered Dietitian with FL state license;provide nutritional care to the residents in continuing care and rehab;ensure proper food items are served to residents in the healthcare center;oversight of service staff in healthcare satellite kitchen (working closely with 2 CDMs);communicating back to the Food Service Director and Executive Chef;be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences; and/orrepresent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.
