Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues effectively - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - Proficient in hotel management software systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Familiarity with front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes - Experience with night audit procedures is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is an asset We offer competitive pay for our Front Desk Agents.
