Duties include but are not limited to:
KITCHEN:
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen throughout breakfast, assisting with breakfast service, (prep, serve, dishes, clean-up etc.
) Anticipate guests needs and provides a wonderful experience for our guests.
Reports to work on time with a neat appearance.
Clears and reset tables.
Must be proactive and takes initiative.
Maintains side work (may include the following:
folds napkins, restock sugar bowls, polish silverware, reset kitchen and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the Inn.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of Inn and all assigned guest areas.
Clean all assigned rooms, replenish supplies and linens.
Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with designated supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of Housekeeping supply closets / laundry room.
Approach encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner.
Collect all trash and take to outside trash disposal areas as needed and at end of shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of Laundry room and all assigned areas.
Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Complete special projects as assigned by Manager.
Must be proactive and takes initiative.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be flexible with availability and able to work weekends and holidays.
Long hours sometimes required.
Able to stand during entire shift.
Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Prefer a minimum of 2 years serving experience.
