The Quality Control position is responsible for efficiently and accurately checking all custom holster orders for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and prepared to work.
Organize, assess, and prepare workspace each morning based on workload for the day Check holsters in the order communicated, being sure to pay attention to detail and special requests Work as a team to accomplish group goals in prioritizing correct orders at the appropriate times.
Ensure each and every product is top quality and upholds our standards.
Make any minor adjustments to products or send back to remake or revision.
Provide feedback to Quality Control Manager regarding tooling concerns, team equipment, individual equipment and general needs to provide an efficient working environment.
Keep desk and workspace acceptably clean.
Most desks are a reflection of the individuals using them but must be kept to an acceptable level of usage.
Be willing to be flexible in times of high volume while not incurring unnecessary overtime in order for the team to continue to meet its goals.
Communicate any consistent or recurring issues to management so the root cause can be identified and resolved.
