Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial loan and real estate transactions issuing title insurance.
This position requires excellent technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced practice.
Candidates should type a minimum of 60 wpm, preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office a must.
